This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes your privacy rights regarding the use of any products and/or services provided by Accencio LLC “ACCENCIO” as well as any related applications, mobile platforms, services, tools, modules, remote services and/or servers “ACCENCIO Services”. By using any ACCENCIO Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information as described here.
Throughout this Privacy Policy, we use the term “Personal Information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify a specific person.

Information you provide
We collect Personal Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions, such as email, online registration forms, credit card numbers, addresses, or other information to support actions or transactions carried out through the ACCENCIO Services, such as but not limited to, registration submission, search queries, and user contributions to be published or displayed on any public areas provided in connection with the ACCENCIO Services.
Please note: Personal information provided by you can include any information used by you to request access to ACCENCIO Services. We may retain such access request information. You may also provide Personal Information to us when you register or access the ACCENCIO Services, such as by providing, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, and/or billing information. The types and amount of Personal Information collected for these activities will vary depending on the activity and the type of access you have requested and/or been granted.
We use collected Personal Information to provide our ACCENCIO Services, to tailor your user experience, and to prevent fraud or unauthorized access to the ACCENCIO Services.

The information that we automatically collect may include Personal Information, or we may maintain or associate automatically collected information with Personal Information collected in other ways or received from third parties. When you use the ACCENCIO Services, you may receive one or more cookies, which are small files containing a string of characters that are placed on your device and uniquely identify your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends, and to customize your experience. Children
The ACCENCIO Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under that age may provide any information through the ACCENCIO Services. Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not, and will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information through the ACCENCIO Services represents that she is 18 years of age or older.
If you are under the age of 18, do not register for, use, or provide any information through the ACCENCIO Services. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Legal Basis For Processing
We collect and process your Personal Information for a variety of different purposes set out in further detail herein. In some cases, we will ask for your consent so that we may process your Personal Information. However, in certain circumstances, applicable data protection laws allow us to process your Personal Information without needing to obtain your consent.
Processing Personal Information Where Consent Not Obtained
In certain cases, separate consent is not required, including:
- For the performance of a contract.
- To perform our contractual obligations to you in relation to the provision of ACCENCIO Services, or where we need to provide your Personal Information to our service providers.

Legitimate Interests
ACCENCIO’s “legitimate interests” for the purposes of applicable law, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and We will retain your Personal Information for as long as you maintain an account, as otherwise necessary to provide you the ACCENCIO Services, or as required by applicable law, regulation or industry standard. We will also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Where we no longer need to process your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will delete your Personal Data from our systems. Where permissible, we will also delete your Personal Information upon your request, as further described in the Data Access, Modification, and Deletion Rights section of this Privacy Notice.
Advertising And Analytics
Interest-based advertising is advertising that is targeted to you based on your web browsing and app usage over time. We disclose various types of de-identified information to enable interest-based advertising. You have the option to restrict the use of information for interest-based advertising and to opt-out of receiving interest-based ads. We may also use third-party web analytics services.

The DAA opt-out requires that cookies not be blocked in your browser. Alternatively, you can also elect to block browser cookies from first parties (such as those from our website) and browser cookies from third parties (such as advertisers) by using the cookie blocking options built into your browser (if available). If you block browser cookies, some parts of our website may not function correctly. Also, blocking cookies will not stop third-parties from collecting IP address, data stored in “Flash” cookies, and certain other types of technical information that may uniquely identify your browser.
Data Access, Modification, And Deletion Rights
You have the right in certain circumstances to request confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing your Personal Information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California customers to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Privacy Policy Updates
ACCENCIO may, in its sole discretion, modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, effective immediately when they are posted as modified. Please check this Privacy Policy each time you use the ACCENCIO Services, as they are legally binding on you. Your continued use of the ACCENCIO Services after the posting of revised Privacy Policy constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you are dissatisfied with any Service, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, then your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the ACCENCIO Services.
